Information you provide: your name and email, your organization’s name, type, state, county, and UEI, and the content you enter or upload (needs, worksheet answers, documents).

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device information, the page that referred you, and how you use the platform (searches you run, grants matched, applications you create, and activity timestamps).

We use this information to operate and provide the service; to communicate with you about your account; to send you marketing and informational messages about our services and relevant grant opportunities; and to improve the platform and prevent abuse. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time (see “Your choices”).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers to run the platform — for example hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery, and AI processing. They act on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.

Do not enter Criminal Justice Information (CJI) or other restricted data into the platform. Approva is not CJIS-compliant.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes.
